What is stored

• The services you add, how many of each, and how they are grouped into packages.
• The page code of the page you arrived on, such as MH-8A5EDAB2, and a broad referral category such as search, an AI assistant or unknown.
• The neighbourhood you chose from a locality guide, so your cart can offer it back to you.
• Your analytics choice, if you make one.

Where it is stored

• In this browser tab, in its session storage. There is no customer account, online payment or appointment database, and none of it is sent to Muslin House until you send a message yourself.
• Your analytics choice is kept in this browser rather than in the tab.
• Search, filters and the cart all run in your browser. Typed locality searches are not saved.

How long it is kept

• Until you close the tab, clear your packages or clear your browser data. Session restore may bring tab data back after a restart.
• Your browser may restore values you typed into the locality, day and time fields when you come back to the cart. That is your browser, not this website.
• Your analytics choice stays until you change or clear it.

What leaves your device

• Only what you send. Copy writes the message to your clipboard when you press it. Continue in WhatsApp opens the request in WhatsApp for you to read and send; opening that link shares its contents with WhatsApp, which applies its own privacy terms.
• This website cannot detect sending, delivery or an appointment confirmation.
• Payment is by UPI during the visit. This website does not start or check payments.
• Fonts and artwork load from this site. Nothing else is requested while analytics is off.

Optional analytics is not connected today. When it is connected, it runs only if you allow it here.

What Google would receive

• Google, as Google Analytics, would be the recipient. It would receive your IP address and device data, which it uses to run the service.
• The _ga and _ga_ cookies Google Analytics sets in this browser.
• The page address without its query, the page title, a broad referral category, the public page code, and six named button events. Nothing else.

What analytics never receives

• Your request text, your locality, your chosen day and anything else you type.
• A public page code travels in your WhatsApp message so we can tell which web page a request came from. It is not a booking reference.

When you continue from your cart, your package and preferences are included in a WhatsApp message. WhatsApp opens it for you to review and send to +91 86248 84776. WhatsApp has its own data handling terms. Muslin House receives the request in chat when you tap Send.
